feat(config): 更新生产环境配置并重构项目结构
- 修改 Redis 配置主机名为 hsz-redis，端口为 6379 - 调整 docker-compose.yml 文件以支持网络隔离和服务编排 - 新增 parent/pom.xml 管理依赖版本和构建配置 - 将主 pom.xml 中的依赖管理和属性定义移至 parent 模块 - 移除重复的仓库和分发管理配置，统一由 parent 继承master
